A Michigan commercial driver’s license (CDL) will allow you to drive a school bus or even haul lumbar through Lansing. After a $25 application fee, the next amount you pay will depend on the license type; • $35 - Chauffeur License • $45 - Enhanced License All endorsements have a $5 testing fee and you can choose between air brake restriction removal, doubles/triples, school bus, passenger bus, hazardous materials, and tank vehicles. For these specific skill tests, you’ll generally see between 20 and 30 questions. For the general test, Classes B and C have 50 questions and Class A has 70 questions…which is why it is so important that you feel comfortable with how the questions work.
